BILLogistics Policy
Shipping and customs terms for B2B distributor orders. The Partner manages compliant local delivery in its own territory.
Incoterms
Orders trade on EXW or FOB Shenzhen. The Partner arranges freight, insurance and last-mile delivery.
Lead time
Standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks after confirmed order and deposit. Custom or OEM may take longer, stated per contract.
Shipping
We consolidate and hand over at the agreed port. The Partner's freight forwarder handles international transport.
Customs & import
The Partner is importer of record, clears customs and pays duties and VAT in its territory. We supply commercial invoices and certificates.
Warranty shipping
Defective units are returned per the warranty policy; return shipping terms are defined in the distribution agreement.
